Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason other than verified manufacturer defects or incorrect items received.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not allow returns or exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wear and tear after delivery

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Any item not deemed defective by our team

Please review all product details, sizing charts, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rustandrescueco@gmail.com with photo/video evidence. We will evaluate the issue and determine if a replacement is warranted. Replacements are issued at our discretion. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non‑Returnable Items

All items are non‑returnable unless they fall under the defect/incorrect item category above. Custom products, personalized items, hazardous materials, flammable goods, and personal care items remain strictly non‑returnable.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery as required by EU law. This applies only to unused items in original packaging with tags attached. Outside of this legal requirement, all sales remain final.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances except when required by law (EU cooling‑off period) or when a defective/incorrect item cannot be replaced. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
